今年以来，隆安县丁当镇木薯淀粉企业积极响应国家和地方各级党委、政府节能减排政策号召，采取了强有力的措施，加大对节能环保设施建设的投入力度，1—9月共完成投资达1292万元，其中，银鑫淀粉有限公司完成投资420万元，兴华淀粉厂完成投资392万元，金源淀粉厂完成投资250万元，富垦淀粉厂完成投资230万元。
目前，该镇淀粉企业的好氧池、厌氧池、黄浆池、应结池以及在线监控系统等一系列环保技改工程已基本完工。预计今年11月中旬的新榨季即可投入使用。这些节能减排设施的投入使用，将有效促进丁当淀粉企业污染防治由末端治理向预防为主的转变，为实现污染物“零”排放提供了有力的保障。
